We will start at 10:30 AM and will be about 5 hours. We decided to have a pot luck as well for lunch to maximize our time with Ann. Feel free to bring along a dish if you would like but remember there is no refrigeration in the room.
Ann donates 100% of proceeds go to Rainforest Trust, a land conservancy charity. She appreciates all financial and clay donations to help with this worthy cause.
Here is what you need to bring: Please have clay conditioned before group starts. The room is open early if you need to do it that day. Having your clay conditioned means you will not have to "catch up" which slows the process for the whole group. .
Ft Collins Clay Class Supplies:
Everyone should work in colors they like so:
Strata Earrings: 4 colors with some contrast between + translucent (1 oz each). Metal foil.
Rock Formation Earrings: 3 shades of 1 color (widely varied is best) plus 1 light colored neutral (white, gray, ecru, etc.) (1 oz each).
Sunset Spiral Earrings: 2-3 colors for Skinner Blend, plus black and white for railroad. (1 oz each).
Earring Hardware: 2 sets of fishhooks, 1 set of studs.
Normal Clay Supplies + 2” square cookie cutter.
Some sheet protectors or equivalent for transporting thin slices left over.
See you there,
