Extruded polymer clay pendant and earrings

We will be making a pendant and earrings with polymer clay. The clay will be extruded and made into
jewelry, but you and use this technique to cover items or use in any way you can imagine. We will be using a tutorial, Geometric Filigree, by Emma Ralph, .

What you will need:

Emma used Cernit clay, but you can use any brand you wish. 1/4 block of each color listed.

Black polymer clay
White polymer clay 
Light green
​Blue gray
Neon Light Fuchsia (I do not know is there is another brand of neon clay, so just use a light shade of Fuchsia)
Neon Light Yellow (use any light yellow)
Other materials and tools:
Pasta (clay) machine
Clay extruder
Square cutters (small and medium) and triangle cutters
Alcohol ink (dark color)
Several ceramic tiles 5x5 or so
5, 10mm antique copper jumprings
4, 6mm antique copper jumprings
4, matching color seed beads
2, antique copper ear wires
2, 25mm antique copper eyepins
Leather cord or chain
Special tools:
Bench block and hammer
Chain-nose pliers 
Flat nose pliers
Paint brush
Sandpaper

The usual clay tools, pasta machine, knives etc.
